(NLB), parents, guardians, and the participants understand the risk and assume full responsibility for all damages or injuries that may occur at any of the premises where NLB provides its services. Parents and participants will not hold the owners, coaches, staff, agents, all associated facilities, managers, or any other members of NLB accountable for any injury, loss of property, or damages that may occur during any activity or events. The parents, participants, or their guardians, agree to follow rules in place by Next Level Baseball and the associated facilities.
